Yoga & Mindfulness.

Living consciously and well.

My yogic journey began unknowingly as a child; I was very hyperactive and anxious, and found solace in retreating to nature, where I would dance, sing and meditate. My first introduction to the yogic community and world of asanas was as a teen, when my dad took me to a yoga class. I remember thinking that it was boring and didn't go back!

Ten years later, I found myself pining to try out yoga again, and I was strongly drawn to Nin Yoga. After doing the two-week trial, I was hooked! I felt a sense of inner calm and self-trust, and a spiritual practice that I could actually commit to (I've never found a religion that felt like the right fit for me). I've finally found a community I feel truly at home in.

I signed up for Yoga Teacher Training just two weeks after seriously starting my yoga practice, which is wild. It's been one of the best things I've ever done. I'm so excited to continue learning and growing, and to hopefully give back to this beautiful community.

My intention is to create a safe, playful, light-hearted, and welcoming space to practice yoga and community. I aspire to incorporate meditation, pranayama, philosophy and asana into my classes. My hope is that each person can feel supported and empowered to reclaim the inner confidence they were born with.
